Training

You’ll attend periodic professional development programs and have online access to recruiting best practices in the Next Level Exchange.

Previous sessions include “Recruiter Foundation Training” by Next Level Exchange, “Rookie Retreat” by Danny Cahill, “3-Day Recruiter Start-Up” and “Recruiter Fight Club” by Peter Leffkowitz, and “Winning Strategies for Recruiters” by Bill Radin, recruitDC Spring 2018, and LinkedIn Talent Connect.

Opportunity

This is a corporate recruiting role on a team that operates at a fast pace typically seen at third-party contingency search firms.

In 2019, our team hired nearly 300 people, with hiring levels increasing 20 – 25% in 2020 to keep up with company growth and expansion into Denver. You’ll join a team of sales talent recruiters in scouting the marketplace for high potential sales talent. The importance of this role can’t be overstated: you’re literally creating the future of the company.

Each month, you’ll have a goal of hauling in a minimum number of job acceptances and you’ll have the opportunity to recruit for each of our five offices. You’ll work directly with more than a dozen hiring managers who hire an average of 20-25 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) every month.

Compensation

Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses. Bases are highly competitive and are dependent on production and experience. Generous bonus opportunities exist and are paid monthly.
