This is a corporate recruiting role on a team that operates at a fast pace typically seen at third-party contingency search firms.
In 2017, our team hired nearly 180 people, with hiring levels increasing 20 – 25% in 2018 to keep up with company growth and expansion into Boston. You’ll join a team of four sales talent recruiters in scouting the marketplace for high potential sales talent. The importance of this role can’t be overstated: you’re literally creating the future of the company.
Each month, you’ll have a goal of hauling in a minimum of four job acceptances and you’ll have the opportunity to recruit for each of our three (soon to be four) offices. You’ll work directly with 12 hiring managers who hire an average of 15 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) every month.
Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses. Bases range from $45,000 – $70,000+ and are dependent on production and experience. Bonuses are paid monthly and range from $100 to $5,000+.
