You’ll attend periodic professional development programs and have responsibility for contributing to the ongoing SDR training curriculum. This program consists of presentations on sales best practices, dissecting sales calls, and lively discussions around industry-shaping sales materials.
This is a B2B sales position selling to CEOs, VPs of Sales, and VPs of Marketing for high-tech companies.
Each month you’ll have a goal of closing $100,000 worth of business. In 2017, nearly 80% of our closed deals originated from inbound leads. In addition to harvesting inbound opportunities, you will receive prospecting support from an elite Sales Development Representative handpicked out of over 100 SDRs. Historically, this resource surfaces 20+ initial discovery calls each month and over 6% ultimately close.
You’ll receive an aggressive commission structure with accelerators for closing outbound deals and super-accelerators for closing self-sourced outbound opportunities. The top commission earned this year was over $40,000 for closing a single deal.
You’ll guerrilla-sell at high-tech industry tradeshows – shows like Black Hat, VMWorld, RSA, AWS Re-Invent, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit – and build an incredible network showcasing your sales skills to the best high-tech sales executives in existence at both publicly traded software companies and venture-backed startups.
Each deal you close will create an opportunity for someone like yourself to jump-start his or her sales career. You’ll help the high-tech companies you sell grow faster and in a more profitable fashion.
$60,000 – $100,000 dependent on prior production experience. Commissions are paid monthly, range from $500 to $40,000+, and are uncapped.
You’ll have a profound effect on the companies you bring in to the firm. Some of your clients will close $1M+ deals as a result of the solutions you prescribe, some will get acquired, others will IPO.
