8 Best Cold Calling Companies for B2B Lead Generation in 2026

18 October 2026

If you’re evaluating cold calling companies, you’re probably deciding between two paths: outsource sales development, or build the SDR team in-house.

Most of the buyers we’ve watched go through this decision consider both. Sometimes they land on one. In some cases, they run a hybrid.

Rarely do they get to a clean answer without doing the math on ramp time, all-in cost per SDR, management overhead, and how long they can afford to wait for pipeline.

We’ll get to the eight companies worth evaluating. But first, this piece is going to give you the frame for making that outsource-versus-hire call honestly.

We’ve seen how a wrong answer at that layer makes every downstream vendor decision a wrong one.

Then we’ll walk through the agencies. What they’re good at, where they fall short and which kind of sales org each one fits.

What Type of Cold Calling Service Do You Need?

Well first, “cold calling service” can mean very different things depending on the provider.

Some companies give you a dedicated SDR who learns your market and works like part of your sales team.

Others simply work through a call list. Some are paid to book meetings, while others combine phone, email, and LinkedIn into a broader outbound program.

The right model depends on how complex your sale is, what you already have in place, and what you need help with.

Dedicated SDR or cold calling team

A dedicated SDR model gives you one rep or a small team focused on your account. They typically learn your ideal customer profile (ICP), messaging, objections, qualification criteria, and sales process, then prospect on your behalf over time.

Depending on the provider, that can include account research, cold calling campaigns, follow-up, CRM updates, and meeting qualification.

This model is good when the conversation itself requires judgment.

For example, let’s say you sell cybersecurity software to CISOs. The caller needs to understand enough about the problem to handle objections, recognize a real buying signal, and know when a prospect is outside your ICP.

  • Best for: complex B2B sales where reps need to understand the product, buyer, and qualification process.
  • Not for you if: you want plug-and-play and don’t have the bandwidth to onboard a rep. Dedicated models need real ramp time (usually 30 to 90 days) and real feedback loops to work.

Calls-only managed service

A calls-only provider focuses mainly on execution. You supply the prospect list, messaging, qualification criteria, or some combination of the three, and the provider supplies people to make the calls.

This works well when your internal team already knows exactly who to target and what to say but does not have enough time or headcount to work through the list.

For example, your marketing team may already have 5,000 target accounts, validated phone numbers, and a proven talk track.

In that case, you may not need another company redesigning your outbound strategy. You simply need trained callers to create more conversations.

  • Best for: teams that already have the data, messaging, and sales process in place but need more calling capacity.
  • Not for you if: you’re still trying to work out your target prospects, messaging, or outbound strategy.

Appointment-setting service

Appointment-setting companies usually optimize around the meeting as the primary outcome.

They identify prospects, contact them, qualify interest, and schedule calls with your sales team. Pricing may be based on a monthly retainer, a fixed number of sales appointments, or a pay-per-meeting model.

One thing to note: Evaluate how the provider defines a ‘qualified meeting/appointment.’ A full calendar has limited value if the meetings are with junior contacts, poor-fit accounts, or prospects with little buying intent. Also find out what happens when there are no-shows or cancellations.

  • Best for: companies that want a provider focused specifically on putting qualified meetings on their calendar.
  • Not for you if: your qualification or ICP is narrow.

High-volume calling service

High-volume services are built to work through a lot of records quickly. They may use autodialers, larger calling teams, or offshore delivery models to increase the number of attempts made each day.

For example, if you have a database of 50,000 SMB prospects and only need to identify which businesses have an immediate need, a higher-volume model may be more worth it than assigning a dedicated SDR to deeply research every account.

  • Best for: companies with large prospect databases and relatively straightforward qualification criteria.
  • Not for you if: your ACV needs a real conversation to move forward.

Multichannel outbound service

A multichannel provider combines phone outreach with channels such as cold email and LinkedIn.

A prospect might receive an email first, see a LinkedIn touch a few days later, speak to an SDR on the phone, and then receive a follow-up based on that conversation.

The advantage here is context and repetition. Prospects have more than one opportunity to recognize the company and respond.

This model is usually a better fit when you want the provider to own more of the outbound strategy rather than simply supply calling capacity.

  • Best for: B2B teams that want cold calling to work as part of a broader outbound sequence.
  • Not for you if: you want cold calling as a standalone service and don’t want your outbound program tied to LinkedIn or email tooling you don’t control.

Key Factors to Consider When Choosing a Cold Calling Company

Caller quality, training, and coaching

Let’s start with the people who will speak to your prospects. Find out;

  • whether the callers are employees or contractors,
  • whether they are dedicated to your account or shared across clients,
  • where they are based, and
  • how much experience they have selling to your market.

You should also understand how often calls are reviewed and how coaching is handled.

While the technology behind the service matters, it cannot compensate for a rep who struggles to explain your product or handle objections confidently.

Experience with your industry and buyers

A provider that has sold into similar markets will usually ramp faster and need less hand-holding. We recommend looking for experience with your industry, company size, buyer personas, and deal complexity.

This is important when reps need to speak with technical buyers, senior executives, or people who will quickly spot weak product knowledge.

They should understand enough of the market to learn quickly, handle first-level objections, and recognize when a conversation is worth passing to an AE.

Prospect data and list quality

Even good callers struggle with bad data. So you need to find out who builds the list, where the data comes from, how phone numbers are verified, and how often records are refreshed.

If direct dials and mobile numbers matter to your market, ask whether they are included.

You should also understand how the provider handles duplicate contacts, stale accounts, and prospects that have already been contacted repeatedly.

Call volume vs. conversation quality

Just because you have more dials doesn’t ‘automatically’ mean you’re going to have more pipeline.

While some providers optimize around call volume, others focus on conversations, qualified meetings, opportunities, or pipeline created. Best to know which one you’re buying.

For example, a high-volume model is worth it when you have a large database and simple qualification criteria. Meanwhile, for a complex B2B sale, the quality of the conversation is more important.

Compliance and phone-number reputation

A cold calling partner should be able to explain how it handles telemarketing rules in the markets you target.

That includes Do Not Call requirements, consent rules, calling windows, suppression lists, and any other applicable regulations.

You should also ask how calling numbers are managed and monitored for spam labeling.

If prospects start seeing your calls marked as spam, connect rates can fall before the rep even gets a chance to speak.

CRM integration and sales handoff

Your AE should be able to see who the prospect is, what was discussed, why the meeting was qualified, what objections came up, and what the next step should be.

Ask how the provider handles call notes, recordings, dispositions, contact updates, qualification data, and follow-up tasks.

Also confirm whether those details sync directly into your CRM or arrive through separate reports.

A clean handoff makes it easier for the AE to pick up the conversation without forcing the prospect to repeat everything they already told the SDR

Pricing, contracts, and scalability

Cold calling services can be priced by SDR headcount, monthly retainer, hourly capacity, call volume, meetings, or performance.

That makes headline pricing difficult to compare directly.

Look at what is included in the fee, how long the contract runs, how quickly you can scale up or down, and what happens if the campaign needs to change.

Also compare the cost against the outcome you care about, such as qualified conversations, opportunities, or pipeline, rather than the monthly fee alone.

Recommended → Cut SDR costs. Accelerate pipeline. Drive results.

How We Evaluated the Best Cold Calling Companies

We evaluated each company based on how its service works, the results it has delivered, and what customers say about working with it.

We looked at the problems you are trying to solve

We’re familiar with several reasons companies outsource cold calling. This includes weak pipeline, hiring bottlenecks, new market expansion, poor meeting quality, and underperforming internal SDR teams.

A vendor made the shortlist only if its service could address several of these needs and we could verify that through service pages, case studies, and customer feedback.

We checked third-party evidence

We reviewed G2, Capterra, Reddit, Clutch, and Trustpilot where relevant, and published case studies to verify strengths, results, and recurring limitations. When customer feedback differed from a vendor’s marketing, we gave more weight to the customer evidence as you’ll see below.

We evaluated the service model

Cold calling providers operate in different ways. Some offer dedicated SDR teams, while others focus on calls only, appointment setting, high-volume dialing, or broader multichannel outreach.

We assessed each company based on how it delivers the service, including team structure, channels, targeting, qualification, and campaign management.

We looked at limitations as closely as strengths

We reviewed recurring issues such as off-ICP meetings, no-shows, slow ramp periods, inconsistent execution, and unexpected costs. We also focused on patterns and used them to show where each provider may or may not be a good fit.

We compared pricing and contract structure

We checked published pricing, minimum commitments, pilot periods, and contract terms where available. Because providers charge in different ways, including per SDR, meeting, dial, or monthly retainer, we also considered what is included in the price and how easy it is to compare costs.

We applied the same criteria to memoryBlue

While we wrote this guide, we evaluated ourselves (memoryBlue) using the same criteria and third-party sources as every other company. We covered strengths, limitations, and results were checked against G2, Clutch, and published customer case studies.

How our cold calling service works

We start by getting the sales motion clear before anyone starts dialing.

  • Align on the market, ICP, and message: We work with your team to define the target market, buyer personas, account lists, value proposition, qualification criteria, and KPIs. This gives SDRs a clear view of who to contact, what matters to them, and what counts as a qualified meeting.
  • Build and ramp a dedicated SDR team: memoryBlue assigns SDR resources around your program. Depending on the engagement, this can include dedicated SDRs, team leadership, QA, program management, and sales enablement. Reps learn your product, market, and messaging before they begin outreach.
  • Run coordinated outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn: Cold calling works alongside email and LinkedIn. SDRs research accounts, contact prospects across multiple touchpoints, follow up, handle initial objections, and qualify interest.
  • Qualify before handing the meeting to sales: Qualification criteria are agreed with your team based on the ICP, target personas, sales process, and pipeline goals. Qualified meetings are then passed to your sales team for discovery and closing.
  • Review and improve campaign: memoryBlue uses campaign reporting, SDR coaching, messaging changes, and persona analysis to see what is working and adjust the program as needed.

Advantages of working with memoryBlue

memoryBlue holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating on G2 from 302+ verified reviews and has been named a G2 Leader for 10 consecutive quarters, ranking #1 in both the Lead Generation Services and Outsourced Sales Providers categories.

2. SalesHive: Best for US-based cold calling programs

SalesHive is a B2B sales development agency that runs cold calling, cold email, list building, qualification, and appointment setting for clients.

Its core calling team is US-based, and campaigns run through SalesHive’s own outbound platform. This includes its Power Dialer, CRM, prospect data, email tools, and reporting.

There’s also an offshore calling option available for companies that want a lower-cost delivery model.

How SalesHive’s cold calling service works

SalesHive assigns a dedicated strategist and SDR team that works inside your CRM. Each engagement starts with a kickoff and a 30-page playbook covering your ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy, which you approve before calls or billing begin.

Once live, SDRs use the SalesHive Power Dialer to make 150-400 calls per rep per day, with local presence, voicemail drops, and CRM sync.

Calling is also supported by personalized email outreach through SalesHive’s eMod engine.

Key strengths

  • Calling technology is included: The Power Dialer, CRM, prospect data, email engine, and reporting are part of the service.
  • Prospect data and list building are handled for you: SalesHive builds and verifies lists around the agreed ICP, which reduces the amount of prospecting infrastructure the client needs to provide.
  • Flexible engagement model: Full-service programs are offered month to month, with no setup fee or long-term contract required.

Limitations

  • Campaigns run on SalesHive’s platform: SalesHive can sync activity back to your CRM, but its own platform sits at the center of delivery.
  • Rep experience can vary: SalesHive says prior sales experience is not required for its cold caller/SDR roles because reps receive internal training and certification. That model can work well, but companies selling highly technical or complex products may want to ask specifically about the experience of the reps assigned to their account.

Customer reviews

  • “The biggest issue was misalignment between what was sold and what was delivered. “Dedicated” SDR did not mean a full-time, exclusive resource, but rather a shared SDR across multiple accounts.” (Read full review)
  • “What I like best about SalesHive is how seamlessly they integrate as an extension of our team while consistently delivering high-quality meetings.” (Read full review)

Pricing

SalesHive currently uses custom pricing. Quotes vary based on whether you use US-based or offshore SDRs, phone-only or phone-plus-email outreach.

3. MartalGroup: Best for multichannel outbound with onshore sales teams

Martal Group provides outsourced lead generation and sales support for B2B companies. The company uses North American sales executives to run prospect research, messaging, cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, qualification, and appointment setting.

And depending on the engagement, Martal can also support discovery calls, closing, onboarding, and account management.

How MartalGroup’s cold calling services works

Martal starts by defining the ICP and segmenting target accounts using its AI SDR platform. This analyzes more than 3,000 intent signals to help build prospect lists and shape messaging.

Its onshore SDRs then run coordinated outreach across cold email, LinkedIn, and phone. The platform supports data enrichment, sequencing, and testing, while Martal’s sales team manages targeting, strategy, and messaging.

Key strengths

  • Cold calling works alongside email and LinkedIn: Martal uses a multi-touch outbound sequence, promising at least 15 touches over three weeks.
  • Experienced onshore sales team: 200+ onshore sales executives, with North American reps handling appointment setting and discovery calls.
  • Campaigns are reviewed regularly: Weekly reporting, KPI reviews, and ongoing optimization are built into the engagement.

Limitations

  • Not ideal if you only need cold calling: Martal bundles phone outreach with email, LinkedIn, and its AI sales platform. So it may be more than you need if other outbound channels are already covered.
  • The initial commitment is longer than other alternatives: Its outbound lead generation tier starts with a three-month pilot, while higher sales-support tiers require four months before moving to a monthly subscription.
  • Highly specialized markets may take longer to gain traction: Campaigns targeting narrow or technical segments may need more testing, refinement, and time before producing consistent pipeline.

Customer reviews

  • “As with any outsourced outbound team, it took a bit of time to fully dial in messaging, targeting, and cadence so it matched our voice and market nuances.” (Read full review)
  • “The lead quality has been consistently strong, and it’s clear they put real thought into who they target and why.” (Read full review)

Pricing

MartalGroup does not disclose its pricing, but it features three tiers (Tier 1,2, and 3)

Recommended → Competitive comparison: memoryBlue vs. Martal Group

4. Belkins: Best for targeted, intent-based cold calling

Belkins is a B2B lead generation and appointment-setting agency. They also offer cold calling as either a standalone service or part of  an outbound program.

Each calling program includes a dedicated account manager and calling agent and, with campaigns typically launching within 14 working days.

Belkins also uses an ‘intent-based’ calling model. For example, after an outreach, Belkins can time calls around signals such as an email open or LinkedIn engagement.

How Belkins’ cold calling services works

Belkins researches prospects that match your ideal customers and identifies the right decision-makers. It then checks the contact data with AI tools and manually verifies before outreach begins.

The team builds custom call scripts around your value proposition, and dedicated calling agents run the campaign.

Key strengths

  • Flexible calling options: Companies can use cold calling as a standalone service or combine it with email, LinkedIn, events, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Dedicated campaign support: Packages include a calling agent, account manager, custom scripts, prospect research, reporting, scheduling, and no-show recovery.
  • Clear visibility into performance: Calls are recorded and tracked, with recordings and campaign data used to improve scripts, coaching, and overall performance.

Limitations

  • The entry price is high for basic calling needs: Belkins lists its average cold-calling starter price at $5,000. This might not be a great fit for smaller companies looking for a low-cost or additional dial capacity.
  • Results can vary by campaign: Meeting and lead volume will depend on factors such as the market, offer, targeting, and sales cycle, so outcomes may differ between campaigns.
  • It focuses more on targeted outreach than maximum dial volume: Belkins’s approach involves manually researched contacts, personalized scripts, and a set number of weekly calls. That model works when conversation quality matters, but may be less suitable if your priority is simply working through a very large database as quickly as possible.

Customer reviews

  • “Belkins managed the full outreach and appointment-setting process for four major healthcare conferences.” (Read full review)
  • “Their LinkedIn messaging included responses that used the prospects’ wrong name repeatedly leading to harsh responses and reputational damage.” (Read full review)

Pricing

Belkins lists cold calling at an average starting price of $5,000, which includes up to 1,500 leads per month and 50+ guaranteed appointments per year.

Recommended → Competitive comparison: memoryBlue vs Belkins

5. Superhuman Prospecting: Best for SMB and growth-stage B2B companies

Superhuman Prospecting (SHP) is a US-based outbound sales agency focused heavily on cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation.

The cold callers are direct hires, and each is trained in the company’s proprietary H2H (human-to-human) Sales Methodology.

This framework gives reps a structured approach for opening conversations, communicating value, handling objections, and moving qualified prospects to the next step.

How Superhuman Prospecting’s cold calling service works

SHP develops a custom script based on their H2H Sales Scripts approach, and assigns trained callers who have completed H2H certification. Depending on your preference, they can make between 300-10,000 calls per month.

Key strengths

  • Quality checks before handoff: A dedicated quality team reviews and scores leads and appointments before they are passed to the client.
  • Clear campaign reporting: Clients get a real-time dashboard with call outcomes, notes, qualification responses, appointment details, and overall campaign performance.
  • Month-to-month flexibility: Both its calls-only and premium SDR programs are offered without long-term commitments. This lowers the risk for companies testing outsourced cold calling for the first time.

Limitations

  • The entry plan does not include every outbound service: The calls-only package requires you to provide or separately purchase a contact list. List building, email outreach, and CRM integration cost extra.
  • Multichannel campaigns are more expensive: Calls-only plans start at $1,998 per month, while the fuller SDR package starts at $4,995 per month.
  • List management may need close oversight: Larger campaigns can require careful tracking to avoid repeated outreach and ensure the full contact list is worked consistently.

Customer reviews

  • “Some contacts were dialed multiple times while a significant portion of the list wasn’t used.” (Read full review)
  • “They take the time to understand our product, ask thoughtful questions, and tailor messaging that resonates with our target audience.” (Read full review)

Pricing

Calls Only Flex starts at $1,998 per month, while its multichannel Premium SDR Bundles start at $4,995 per month. Custom list building starts at $3 per contact.

6. Callbox: Best for multi-region B2B prospecting

Callbox provides outsourced B2B lead generation and appointment setting through dedicated SDR teams. Its setup runs similar to most outbound programs with AI-assisted prospect data and human qualification to identify and engage buyers.

Global coverage is Callbox’s value proposition. You can run campaigns across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, with multilingual teams and localized targeting for different markets.

How Callbox’s cold calling service works

Callbox matches your ICP against its in-house 35M+ contact database and builds a target account list. Then the SDRs are briefed on your product, and value proposition.

There’s also the  Smart Engage platform that coordinates the outreach cadence and tracks prospect engagement across channels.

Campaign activity is tracked, and qualified leads are passed over with detailed handoff notes. For international campaigns, multilingual SDRs can run localized outreach in each market.

Key strengths

  • Dedicated campaign teams: Engagements can include a campaign manager, SDR, email specialist, social specialist, and QA support.
  • Data and targeting are included: Callbox combines in-house research, third-party data, and AI-assisted enrichment to build and refine prospect lists.
  • Suited to larger outbound programs: Its Campaign Pod model combines SDR support, campaign management, enriched data, multichannel outreach, reporting, and specialist support in one engagement.

Limitations

  • The service is expensive for basic calling needs: Callbox’s estimates $15,000-$30,000 per month for one Campaign Pod, which may be excessive for companies that only need extra dial capacity.
  • Performance may vary by region: International campaigns can require more localization around data quality, messaging, and market-specific buying behavior.
  • Qualification criteria need to be tightly defined: Broad or complex ICPs can lead to weaker-fit meetings if targeting and qualification rules are not aligned early.

Customer reviews

  • “We struggled to see impactful results when targeting the Indian market. I believe their services might perform better in regions like the US.” (Read full review)
  • “Their detailed reporting and constant communication ensured we stayed aligned throughout the campaigns.” (Read full review)

Pricing

Callbox uses a subscription model built around Campaign Pods. This starts from $15,000 per month for one pod, including a dedicated SDR, multichannel outreach, AI-enriched data, campaign management, and weekly reporting.

7. Leadium: Best for mid-market B2B teams

Leadium provides fully managed B2B cold calling and appointment setting with US-based SDRs.

Its reps use tools such as Nooks.ai for dialing and call intelligence, Apollo for prospect data, and HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM integration.

Nooks supports automated dialing, call analytics, AI roleplay, scorecards, and live coaching, while Leadium’s SDRs handle the conversations and qualification.

How Leadium’s cold calling service works

A dedicated US-based SDR is assigned to your account and trained on your business, and target buyers.

The SDR runs cold calls through the Nooks.ai platform alongside email and LinkedIn outreach. Calls are recorded and transcribed, then reviewed weekly to refine messaging based on prospect responses.

Key strengths

  • Prospect data is included: Leadium builds and validates contact lists against the agreed ICP before outreach begins.
  • Can manage broader outbound campaigns: Cold calling can be combined with email and LinkedIn, with Leadium handling data, messaging, optimization, and reporting across channels.
  • Flexible contract structure: Leadium offers month-to-month programs with no setup fee, making it easier to test the service without a long-term commitment.

Limitations

  • Smaller scale than global providers: Leadium’s boutique model (capped at 30-35 intentionally clients) may not suit companies that need large SDR teams, multilingual coverage, or in-country support across several regions.
  • Reporting lacks deeper market insight: Teams looking for detailed prospect feedback or broader takeaways from SDR conversations may find the reporting more execution-focused than strategic.

Customer reviews

  • “As they learned more about our ideal customer, the quality of the conversations improved.” (Read full review)
  • “Not every qualified opportunity fits the same profile, so our team occasionally needs to adjust how we present the platform.” (Read full review)

Pricing

Leadium starts at $3,500 per month for cold-calling-only and $4,000–$5,000 per month for multichannel outreach.

8. AltiSales: Best for building a repeatable outbound SDR system

AltiSales offers outsourced sales development across prospect research, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, qualification, and meeting setting.

This model is built around the ‘SDR Assembly Line,’ where dedicated data researchers handle account and contact research while trained SDRs focus on outreach and conversations.

How AltiSales’ cold calling service works

AltiSales reviews the client’s current sales development process, then tests messaging, talk tracks, and channel mix to refine the approach.

Dedicated SDRs run cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach as part of the same campaign. Activity is tracked in AltiSales, which integrates with Outreach.io and Slack and monitors more than 70 SDR KPIs.

Call outcomes, email sentiment, and rep performance are reviewed regularly, with coaching supported by the firm’s Caddy platform.

Key strengths

  • There is a path to bring the service in-house: AltiSales can transfer the process, tooling setup, and campaign IP back to the internal team.
  • Broader GTM support is available: Clients can add RevOps, SDR hiring, data operations, training, Outreach setup, and sales-process consulting.
  • Cold calling is actively coached: Calls are reviewed to see where conversations break down, how scripts perform, and where reps need support.

Limitations

  • It can overlap with an existing SDR team: Companies with an established internal SDR function need clear ownership and responsibilities to avoid duplication or friction.
  • Closing support is not the main focus: AltiSales is built around creating and improving qualified outbound pipeline rather than helping sales teams increase close rates.

Customer reviews

  • “Their feedback loops, reporting, and campaign analysis gave us much better visibility into performance than we had before.” (Read full review)
  • “They’re not a full-fledged sales agency per se at helping improve close rates.” (Read full review)

Pricing

AltiSales does not disclose its pricing.

A good SDR partner should help you reach the right buyers, hold credible conversations, qualify real opportunities, and give your sales team the context they need to move deals forward.

That matters even more in complex B2B sales, where poor-fit meetings can waste time without adding meaningful pipeline.

We’ve figured this out, and that’s why we made memoryBlue different. You get dedicated SDR teams that learn your market, represent your product, and run coordinated outreach across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, qualification, and appointment setting.

If you need a team that can build qualified pipeline, support expansion, or add SDR capacity without hiring from scratch, memoryBlue is worth considering.
