Below is the memoryBlue weekly bulletin, delivering sales development insights every Monday to our entire slate of high-tech clients. The updates span all six memoryBlue offices, encompassing 175+ sales development campaigns and 300+ SDRs working relentlessly to generate net new revenue for these businesses.
This week we’re happy to highlight a successful 3-SDR campaign and an exciting panel featuring one of our clients from our Rising Stars program!
Notable Numbers
- 63% – Percent of leads scored QTD. This is is a 17% decrease compared to our percent at this time in Q3. Please prioritize scoring all of your leads this quarter, so we can finish off the year strong!
- 7.33 – Average lead score QTD. This is tracking just above our average lead score at this time in Q3.
- 84% – Percent of meetings booked by phone call.This is a slight increase compared to our percent booked over the phone last month.
Highlight of the Week
DM Tom Lewis has been successfully managing and mentoring three of his SDRs on a campaign with their cybersecurity client! We’re thrilled to share that after just seven months, these SDRs have collectively generated $7 MILLION in pipeline. That is about 30x ROI!!
These kinds of results aren’t from luck or just raw talent. They are from intensive training and effective management; the true foundation of what ensures our SDR productivity and success is consistent across every employee!
Weekly Training
With our call competition wrapping up last week, our weekly training kicked back off with an incredibly informative panel featuring one of our premier Rising Stars clients JFrog! Such a special way for our offices to learn from accomplished sales leaders and hear from former mB hustlers who have continued to excel since finishing their time with us.
