memoryBlue Insights 7/24/2023

Below is the memoryBlue weekly bulletin, delivering sales development insights every Monday to our entire slate of high-tech clients. The updates span all six memoryBlue offices, encompassing 175+ sales development campaigns and 300+ SDRs working relentlessly to generate net new revenue for these businesses.

This week we’re excited to highlight one of our team’s abilities to surpass expectations and also recap a training on motivation led by one of our own SDRs!

Notable Numbers

  • 8.7 – The average lead score in our Seattle office last week.So proud to see this office step up their lead quality and increase their previous week score by 11.5%, taking the lead across all of our offices!
  • 38 – Number of internal elevations YTD. This is a 31% increase from the number of elevations at this time last year!
  • 26 – Number of mB Academy Certified Hustlers MTD.This is a 44% increase from the number of certified hustlers at this time last month! We’re thrilled to have a larger stream of SDRs completing their training and ramping up on their client campaigns.

Highlight of the Week

DM Bryanna Schreiber recently received an excitingly positive survey from her client in the customer tech space. Considering that this client previously had some major doubts about the idea of partnering with us, this feedback was a major win!

While we’d love for prospective clients to be 100% on board with our business model right from the start, we recognize that this is simply not realistic. We therefore train both our DMs and SDRs to still remain positive, speak confidently in our abilities, and most importantly deliver on our promises while working with reservations and skepticism. DM Bryanna and SDR Brandon executed this beautifully, with the client specifically commenting on Brandon’s ability to ramp up quickly and book more meetings than expected early on! Here at memoryBlue we don’t just meet expectations, we exceed them.

Weekly Training

With the unavoidable lows and lulls of sales, finding a deep and lasting source of motivation is a non- negotiable. As a certified wholeness coach SDR Victoria was more than equipped to lead a training on this very thing and help each of our SDRs determine their “why” in sales.

Lead Scores

These client-based lead scores hit the mark last week:

7/19 | Dana

“The prospect is exactly the profile we are for. Dana has been hitting these out of the park.”

7/18 | Cristian

“Great lead. It put us in the hunt for a big opportunity that takes years. Getting in with them now puts us at the very beginning stages, way better than coming in late. Very high value.”

7/17 | Rachael

“Rachael provided quality information pre call and made the call run smoothly. Prospect was qualified and engaged throughout the call.”
