The Role: Sales Trainer

As the Associate Sales Trainer, you will train the next generation of high-tech sales professionals through hands-on instruction, role-play exercises, sales call analysis, and coaching.

You’ll be joining an elite team of associate sales trainers who have helped program graduates ramp 3x faster than the sales industry average.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as the Associate Sales Trainer will include, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting 2-Day Virtual Bootcamp for up to 20 participants (2x per month)
  • Leading 6-Week Virtual Coaching Programs
  • Quarterbacking Daily Cohort Huddles to provide accountability and instill the habit of discipline
  • Providing ongoing 1-on-1 and group coaching
  • Consulting with Sales Managers on how to maximize production from the salespeople in Academy
  • Strategically diagnosing, prescribing, and delivering custom training solutions for clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a Sales/Business Development role
  • 0-1+ years’ experience in sales training, curriculum development or instructional design

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-1+ years’ experience within technology, healthcare, and/or government relations industry
