Below is the memoryBlue weekly bulletin, delivering sales development insights every Monday to our entire slate of high-tech clients. The updates span all six memoryBlue offices, encompassing 175+ sales development campaigns and 300+ SDRs working relentlessly to generate net new revenue for these businesses.
This week we’re excited to highlight a client campaign that is ramping up quickly and successfully and give a quick look at our mB Internship presentations!
Notable Numbers
- 7.4 – Overall company lead score YTD. This is tracking similarly with our score this time last year.
- 64% – Percent of leads scored YTD.This is about a 5% increase compared to this time last year. Please continue to score all of your leads as they occur so our SDRs can adjust their outreach as needed.
- 66.5% – Hold rate percentage in Q2. This is tracking just above our Q1 hold rate.
Highlight of the Week
A common objection to outsourcing sales is the ambiguous time it will take the team to ramp up and start delivering for the client. Luckily, when clients sign with memoryBlue our teams are ready to hit the ground running right from the start!
Nora Hasrat’s team in particular has accomplished an impressive amount of progress for their client in the transportation tech space after just six weeks.

Weekly Training
These past two weeks we’ve been hearing from our summer interns as our Senior Sales Training Specialist Ben Hunter organized our trainings feature their final presentations!
The memoryBlue internship program is an amazing way for students to get valuable sales training and hands-on practice all within our immersive and fast- based company environment. We’re thrilled to have had such dedicated and talented individuals, who will already be prepped and ready to take on sales and serve their clients once they graduate!
