Business Operations Analyst

The Role:

Our Operations team functions as the pivotal backbone of the memoryBlue processes. They are the experts in our systems, running reports and analyzing data to optimize and track individual and business production. They are working with internal partners, consulting clients, and building their technical skillset to maintain efficiency in our day-to-day actions.

As the Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn to use Salesforce CRM and become certified as a Salesforce Admin
  • Become proficient in Excel and other business software
  • Run reports and analyze data
  • Communicate analyses to associates
  • Calculate payroll and track salaries and bonuses
  • Automate repetitive processes using Salesforce
  • Balance multiple assignments and projects
  • Maintain data quality and cleanliness within memoryBlue

Requirements:

  • You have 1+ years of computer science or related experience in a professional and/or academic setting.
  • You have a degree or extensive learning in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • You are naturally organized enough to balance multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and are comfortable taking more on at a fast pace.
  • You are happy working as a small part of a large team and can enjoy a supporting role, but you also have enough drive to take on complex solo projects, and you take pride in showing off your results.
