SDR & Client Manager

The Role:

This is a B2B Sales Development Leadership role where you’ll manage a portfolio of between 6 – 12 high-tech clients and lead a similarly sized team of SDRs. You and each of your SDRs will share a common monthly goal of securing leads for your clients.

Reporting to your office’s Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities as the SDR and Client Manager will include, but are not limited to:

  • Interviewing, hiring, and developing your winning team of SDRs.
  • Guiding your SDRs as they complete a six-week intensive sales training called memoryBlue Academy, facilitated by our world-class instructors.
  • Coaching your SDR team in surfacing new sales opportunities for your client’s quota-carrying sales executives to drive and ultimately close.
  • Managing your portfolio of clients and providing sales strategy to augment the beginning of their sales process.

Your portfolio of clients will expose you to multiple technologies, sales cultures, executives, and opportunities to build your professional network.

Training:

You’ll attend weekly sales leadership training and have responsibility for contributing to the ongoing SDR training curriculum.

Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses. On Target Earnings range between $100K – $150K+ (uncapped).
