A Pipeline of Sales Talent for Our Alumni

The Rising Stars program is a unique benefit for our alumni and tenured Sales Development Representatives.

Most of the Sales Development Representatives that work on our client campaigns are under contract for a specified amount of time (typically 12 – 18 months). Once the SDR’s contract expires, he or she may wish to explore various new career opportunities.

At a certain stage, memoryBlue commences with an outplacement process for those SDRs that are hoping to stay in the high-tech sales industry and ready for a new challenge. Along with other outplacement options for these pros, we enter them in our Rising Stars program and alert all of our alumni to their hire availability through a variety of direct contact channels.

How It Works

When a match is made, there is no placement fee charged for the hiring company due to the fact that a member of our alumni group works there and facilitated the match.

This gives our alumni a great chance to bring a well-trained SDR to their current company (at no cost) and it gives the SDR additional employment choices when they are ready to elevate their sales career to the next stage.
